Job Description
The Pendleton Woolen Mill Store is looking for someone passionate about customer service and sewing to join our team! We are seeking a professional and dynamic Full-time sales associate for its Pendleton Woolen Mill Store. Applicants must be flexible to work days and weekends (32-40 hours per week).

Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service, complete sales transactions, and assist with store opening and closing
- Purchase notions/Patterns inventory with goal to meet sales objectives
- Maintain Notions/Patterns department including store objectives, housekeeping standards and stock replenishment/ordering for notions/quilt area
- Special projects as determined
Job Requirements:
- Prior retail sales experience and/or sewing experience.
- Excellent customer service, organization and communication skills
- Passionate about sewing, quilting, or crafting and sharing knowledge with customers
- Understanding of notions used in sewing, quilting and crafting
- Excellent customer service, organization and communication skills
- Self-motivated, sales driven and a "team player"
- Excellent customer service, organization and communication skills
- Basic computer/POS systems skills and efficient in excel
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Continuous standing or walking, lifting up to 40 lbs., reaching arms above head, some ladder use, computer operation, hand coordination, color coordination of merchandise, telephone use, reading, writing and speaking.
