Embroidery Service/Sales Associate

Position Overview:
The Pendleton Woolen Mill Store is looking for someone to join our talented sales force with primary duties in our embroidery department. This part-time (20-30 hours) position involves 2-3 days in the embroidery shop and/or 2-3 days on the sales floor. Applicants must be flexible to work days and weekends

Job Responsibilities:
- Fulfill companywide embroidery orders on blankets and towels
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with utmost accuracy.
- Assist in achieving sales goals
- Provide excellent in customer service
- Keep current and updated on product knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, have basic math skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Training provided on embroidery software.
- Strength in following established procedures and guidelines to assure consistent quality of finished output.
- Ability to interpret customer orders and process them on embroidery machines.
- Capacity to work in a team environment and shared work space.
- Enthusiasm for working with fabric, color, thread, and design.
- Have physical stamina and dexterity to reach, lift and hoop heavyweight blankets.
- Execute customer service excellence and achieve sales goals.
- Work without close supervision.
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
This position requires continuous standing and/or walking, lifting up to 40 lbs., reaching arms above head, some ladder use, computer operation, hand coordination, telephone use, reading, writing & speaking clearly.
